Dr. Moez Bennouri holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Toulouse. He has over twenty years of teaching experience at several institutions, including HEC Montréal and NEOMA Business School.

His research focuses on the impact of information asymmetries on the strategic behaviour of economic agents.

Dr. Oussama Ammar has been a Professor of Strategy for over 20 years.

He has served as Dean of SKEMA US and Associate Dean at SKEMA Lille.

Dr. Deepa Bhatt earned her PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and completed postdoctoral research at McMaster University, Canada, and the Southern University of Science and Technology, China.

Prior to joining MBS, she served as an Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Management, Amritsar. Her research focuses on Supply Chain Management, Digital Transformation, and Big Data Analytics.

Dr. Anis Khedaouria holds a Master’s in Engineering, a PhD in Management Sciences from the University of Savoie Mont Blanc, and an HDR from the University of La Réunion.

He has taught at institutions such as Trinity College Dublin and INSEEC. His research focuses on technostress, digital well-being, and innovation management, with work published in leading journals and conferences.

Dr. Denis Lescop holds a PhD and an HDR in Economics, with over two decades of experience as a teacher-researcher.

His international career spans academia and public service, with expertise in telecommunications and competition policy. His research focuses on how rms shape their strategic environment through a platform.
